Delivering Excellence Since 1984
Celebrating 40 Years of Triec Electrical Services: A Legacy of Excellence
In 1984, Triec Electrical Services emerged as a beacon of innovation and reliability in the electrical contracting industry, but its journey began decades earlier with the humble origins of Fidelity Electric. Founded by Richard M. Yeazell in 1952, Fidelity Electric specialized in industrial service repairs, operating out of Richard's garage. When Richard passed away in 1975, his son, R. Scott Yeazell, continued the family legacy, having been involved in the business since his youth, working summers alongside his father.
Triec's genesis was a result of the collaboration and synergy between Fidelity Electric, Heaton Electric, and B & C Electric. These companies, each bringing unique strengths to the table, realized the power of unity in the face of economic challenges. In 1984, they merged to form Triec Electrical Services, with a shared vision of providing comprehensive electrical solutions to the Springfield community.
Throughout its evolution, Triec remained steadfast in its commitment to excellence and growth. The company weathered financial hardships, including the economic recession of the early 1980s, with resilience and determination. By leveraging the strengths of its founders and embracing a culture of innovation, Triec exceeded expectations and set new standards of service quality.
Triec's success was further propelled by strategic decisions, such as the move to 1630 Progress Drive in 2002 to accommodate its expanding operations. The company's growth trajectory continued unabated, fueled by a relentless pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction.
As Triec celebrates four decades of service, its legacy is not just measured in commercial, industrial, and residential projects, but also in its deep-rooted community partnerships. From the Springfield Chamber of Commerce to the Springfield Safety Council, Triec has been a trusted ally and supporter of local organizations, embodying the values of integrity, reliability, and community engagement.
In 2020, Scott Yeazell, a cornerstone of Triec's journey, officially retired, leaving behind a legacy of leadership and vision. His decision to pass the baton to Kenneth G. Stagner in 2016 reflects Triec's commitment to succession planning and mentorship, ensuring continuity and growth for years to come.
As Triec Electrical Services looks to the future, it remains dedicated to its core principles of excellence, innovation, and community service. With a proud legacy of 40 years behind it, Triec stands ready to continue its mission of powering the Springfield community forward with unparalleled electrical solutions and unwavering commitment.
